Beer and hockey are both national pastimes in both the US and Canada. This bottle opener combines the two to create a functional and cool bottle opener made from a real hockey puck. The 1/16″ thick, 304 grade stainless steel opener plate is held down with 4 screws so that’s not going anywhere. A magnet in the center of the puck holds on to the bottle cap when you pry it off so it doesn’t go flying off onto the floor. And the puck makes a great coaster too. You can even play an actual hockey game with it because the opener part is recessed below the surface of the puck.
