Actually I just got my first sulphur soap today. It isn't even a soap, but a soapfree pH 6 sulphur bar cleanser. So I suppose that one should be okay, but I will see (it's name is "Schwefel-Seife Waschstück" from "Blücher-Schering", a German brand).
This (also here) sulfur soap seems to be popular too. It claims to have a pH of 6 and has also 3% salicylic acid. A pH of 6 is too high though for the salicylic acid (SA) to work properly as an exfoliant, so I wouldn't rely on the SA in there.

I would try this^ 10% sulfur soap bars. It will dry your skin out a bit so moisturize well after. But I think it should help you alot

Got some results with Sulfur SAL3 soap.
There's a whole micro-world of bacteria, yeast and parasites living on us all, and sometimes changes in diet and certainly sweating can increase the population of those creatures.
Also, it helps to get REALLY dry, like use the blow dryer on all your creases before you get dressed. Even "towel-dry" is not enough.
