That laptop might be able to run TS4 without any problems, but it will struggle with TS3, especially if you plan on using many DLCs (expansions).

It’s a laptop though
I like my Acer Nitro 5. Battery life is pretty good, although I have mine plugged in most of the time. It gets a bit hot when playing more demanding games, so a cooling pad is recommended. All around it's a good upgradable laptop for the price (bought mine recertified and it was basically brand new).
