Wow thanks, I saw those one except for the samsung, but it doesn't say freesync =( I trust you, but where did you find the info? At their websites? I'm now waiting for the BenQ, and now I have trouble giving up my flickrfree tecnology and one inch, and marvelous blacks , over 25hz more (lenovo would be the one of those), freesync, and slitghly better angels and colors, and a bit less color shifting... for 25€ more Sight... =S

EDIT: I link the BenQ I ordered and it's specs. It's 150€.

I see.

Regarding IPS's, do you recommend any? I see that Dell and BenQ are probably the best.

Awesome reply, thanks.

I'd probably be sitting around 3 feet away from the monitor, so not too far away from it really.

A monitor I've been interested in that looks good for value and should hopefully work well is this:

It has some great reviews and is a VA panel, so should do the job?

What do you think of it? Thanks :P

Slightly slower refresh rate but f you're not gaming it shouldn't matter http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00HVCJS8K?pc_redir=1413221954&robot_redir=1
Just got one of these at work and it is beautiful

Seems like they've been discontinued :(

Do you find that the monitors bleeds around the sides at all?

Edit; Never mind! Here's the newer version http://www.amazon.co.uk/BenQ-EW2440L-24-inch-Monitor-3000/dp/B00HVCJS8K/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1459458913&sr=8-1&keywords=EW2440L

Although it lacks VESA mounting capability if you are looking for cheap panels I would suggest the BenQ EW2440L 24 inch TN panel at 1920 x 1080 for £140 each.

Okay, I didn't keep speakers in mind as on Monitors they are 99% of the time crap however some of these have them, if not all. They just suck and definitely would recommend getting a speaker set or headphones for the Xbox One with the Stereo Adapter. However I found the following, and gave my opinion on each. I really enjoy the look of the ASUS 27" and would definitely get that one for myself if I needed it.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00HVCJS8K - 24" BenQ : I personally like the look of a very minimal bezel around the screen. Looks clean and has good reviews though lacking in numbers.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00FQ8B118 - 27" BenQ : Very similar to the above with with a thicker bezel, overall good reviews and still looks clean.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B005OPLG0O - 24" BenQ : A little bit more plain, and monitor like. It looks good and is their best selling monitor, you could also get two of these for the price of that ASUS 3D Monitor.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00A4K9KBQ - 27" ASUS : This is by far my favorite looking screen, the reviews state that the colors are very vibrant, the screen looks very sharp and clean with a small bezel, it however is a bit higher in price than the previous two links, but lower than the 3D Monitor.
