Sounds like 3D-Dot Game Heroes, except that was PS3 only, not PC.

It's 3D Dot Game Heroes A PS3 game that's pretty much an homage to the Legend of Zelda games. It's really fun, and looks pretty nice. I recommend playing it if you own a PS3.
I'm not sure if it's on the US PSN store and won't be home until later tonight. I do know that you can get it for a great price on Amazon though.
