It might not entirely be because of white balance. I have a GH4, and my capture device device gives it a cool shift regardless of how neutral the camera the camera is set (though white balance definitely should not be on auto because it can shift).

I fixed it using a LUT. The LUT I made by color correcting a screenshot from the capture feed with an evenly lit color/grayscale reference card like this in Photoshop (using adjustment layers). Then opening this neutral LUT, dragging the adjustment layers on top of it, then saving the adjusted LUT as an uncompressed PNG, which can then be applied in OBS.

I mean, you still want to make sure that the white balance, and the settings under "Photo style" are properly set, but a LUT can make sure that final output looks exactly as it should be.
