I'm going to happily pay oculus for that cable , I've searched and searched and nothing I have found either comes close to the length / quality or price.

As it's not available at launch though I have found a 3m cable I will use until the official is released.

Buy a 90 degree bend USB-C male/female adapter.

Don’t get the ones that bend left/right—they don’t work well with stands because of the legs. There are some that bend frontwards/backwards so you can route the cable whichever way the stand works with. They tend to be sold in pairs, so you might find a combo with L/R and F/B just in case.

They still add a little height but it’ll probably work to plug that into the Genki and then charge cable into that.

Worst case, you should be able to put that between the Switch and the Genki and move the whole apparatus to horizontal. That might even work with the Hori depending on the clearance. Might look like ass, though, and I think the Genki really wants to hug the bottom of the Switch for stability.

A 90 degree adapter for USB-C to USB-C so you can use a normal A to C cable then just change to 90 at the end.

The cable isn't going to release for a few months, and in November the only thing starting is the Oculus link "beta". You're going to have to find your own cable to use for the beta. Many of us on here have been trying to figure out which cables are going to actually work and give us the distance we need. After the beta they will release the Oculus Link cable.
