There are the official graphic novels (two volumes, here's the first), but the only manga-style work I'm familiar with are the covers to the Japanese translations.

Second one is out in November. These are collected formats however, you could buy the single comics.

If you're willing to wait long enough (as in, quite a few months from now) there should be beautiful hardcovers released like they did with the first series. The first run had 4 hardcovers, so I assume this one will have just as many, if not a couple more. So you could just buy those on Amazon (or at Barnes and Noble, probably) as they release rather than buying tons of regular comics online.

I just remembered that GRRM has commissioned and licensed the graphic novels for all the books.

It is without a doubt an infringement and if you don't change it you, will get a letter from Random House attourneys.

They actually do a pretty damn good job to my recollection. That’s why they’re so dang long. But I ain’t the best to tell you as I am more of a book reader than a comic fan so I’ve only gone through the graphic novels one time.

Here is an amazon link to the first issue. I think the artists are different for A Game of Thrones and A Clash of Kings, but it’s the same project.
