Man, I don't know. I'm guessing it was recorded, but I'm not sure. He was here to speak at our public affairs conference, but I believe he's on tour promoting his forthcoming book.
I've been using this. It's basically a workbook full of Stoic exercises, full of quotes, examples, and explanations based in modern psychology. There is room in it to write for each exercise, but I use a separate notebook so I can reuse/share it.
If you like Pigliucci's work and want a systematic way to incorporate stoicism into your life, you should check his other book, A Handbook for New Stoics. It is 52 week-long exercises to get you started on the stoic path. I just finished the first week's exercise and I found it very helpful - and I have been into stoicism and mindfulness for a while now!
