I put up a question on /r/books today, and the very helpful Fleuressence pointed out that it's being reprinted in May next year and will be available at Book Depository and Amazon for a much more reasonable $12!
The reason it is so expensive at the moment is being published properly some time in May. So if you can wait, wait till then.

I bought A Naked Singularity on a whim because I liked the cover, and holy crap it's an incredible novel. One of the best I've read in years. Has anyone read it? I'd really like to get someone's thoughts.
You should read A Naked Singularity by Sergio De La Pava. A very brief, surface-level synopsis is that its about the son of Columbian immigrants who becomes a public defender in Brooklyn. He gets involved in a scheme to rip off Dominican (?) drug dealers with another lawyer. There are many subplots and myriad characters which makes it feel more complex than some average lawyer/heist book.
The book kind of reads like Junot Diaz with less Spanglish. The prose is unorthodox in that sense and incredibly funny. Definitely parts with pitch black humor. It's absolutely hilarious while making some pretty relevant points about modern culture, our ass backwards legal system, and the insipid way most people absorb the culture. If you've ever read Infinite Jest you'll be able to tell that the author was very influenced D.F. Wallace, but not in an annoying way like some people. This book 100% fits in with the authors you've listed above excluding Saunders since I've never read him.
It's also only a penny on amazon if you order it. Such a good deal.
