In the USA, silica gel packets are in a lot of new purchases. Purses, shoes, containers, peanuts, gummy vitamins and beef jerky to name a few. I would think they would work for storing clothes and fabrics as well.

throw them in the bottom of your camera bag. They'll cut down the humidity in there.
Personally, I feel the most usable camera bags are shoulder bags. I actually own a small shoulder camera bag and a camera backpack. Both are tamron.
The small shoulder camera bag was nice, but a bit small once I added a flash to my setup, and then I got the backpack. The backpack is interesting...
It's large enough for my camera gear, and maybe a few things for a dayhike. But it's terrible for traveling. You have to take off the backpack to get into the camera compartments, making it rubbish for during the day. The most use I got out of it was using it to carry my camera to shore when I was in Antarctica, where I would get out my camera and the bag then wasn't much help.
On my most recent trip, I've been using my messenger bag with a laptop case thrown in it that I just shoved my lenses and camera into. I'm going to buy the timbuk2 camera insert for messenger bags soon in order to have the proper dividers.

Maybe? But I'd imagine the packets are more effective and safer. They're cheap too, 20 packets for $6 and free shipping according to a quick google search. 20 is more than you ever need so you could just pass them out at your LGS or keep them in your larger collection boxes.
If it's dry, it's not a problem. Condensation kills. If you want to be super protective about it, put everything inside ziplock bags, toss a couple of these in each bag, and squeeze out any excess air.
I put those gel silica packs in my shoes each night (you know, the ones that come in purses when you buy them & say "DO NOT EAT")? This helps absorb the moisture and inhibits bacterial growth (which is the stinky part). The cards bend from moisture being absorbed by paper fibers of the back side of the card. This causes the paper to expand. But on holographic cards, the front part of the card includes the holographic foil which will not expand from moisture. So since the paper layer is able to expand and the foil doesn't react at all, the card curves inward.
The humidity of the air, touching it with your bare hands, etc. will all contribute to the bending. Keep your cards in card protectors when you are not using them. Flatten them out individually inside of big books (Bible, Dictionary, Guiness Book of World Records, etc.).
To prevent future bending you can use a Silica Gel pack by storing it in your Deck Box to absorb excess moisture if humidity is an issue where you live.

How much did you plan on paying for a dehydrator? I would HIGHLY recommend you purchase a dehydrator and avoid freezing your product. This is the dehydrator I got. I bought this one used for 36 dollars off of amazon, and it has been absolutely fantastic.
I would definitely recommend picking that bad boy up and picking up a pack of good desiccants like the ones I bought here. Some people say you can use cat litter, I tried and didn't really see it working well. You'll notice very quickly that even when they are cracker dry, if you store them in a plastic bag for a day or two they absorb moisture and start becoming soft.
Don't skimp out on this stage of the process.

Here is a link to some moisture absorbing packets. As for the bottles, you could always go to a local pharmacy, explain your situation and ask them if you could have any empty bottles. They would just throw them away otherwise.
Buy this and put your vita in a ziplock bag with some of them next time your vita gets wet.

i'd get those silica packs that come in things you buy, and toss those in. or you can go to a hunting/gun store and ask for the dehumidifier beads.
My trick is to keep it in a dark place with a silica gel packet tossed in with the nuggets. Some times the weed dries out a bit but a damp piece of lettuce will help rehydrate it a bit. Cool, dark, and dry is the motto to minimize mold.
