The cost of the computer does not include Windows 10 (needed) because a Windows COA can be bought from ebay for less than $10.00.

All of these will be better and cheaper even after adding an ssd/hdd as meccesary. Don't build a home pc.
Sorry for the late reply - the lowest I could find was https://www.amazon.com/Acer-TC-885-UA92-Desktop-i5-9400-802-11ac/dp/B07R8WJMW6. It has integrated graphics that support dual monitors. I honestly would wait and get something with faster RAM and more cores. This one is upgradable if you want to add more than 2 monitors but you will need to switch power supplies. Slickdeals has PCs that pop up weekly for cheaper than you can buy them.
