Try a salicylic acid spray, like
this.

I rather like the Neutrogena Body Clear Spray, though the smell annoys me, and the spray contains alcohol, which isn't great. I don't think it's actually strong enough to exfoliate well—it's only 0.5% salicylic acid—but it feels soothing, and I REALLY like the upside-down spray capabilities of the bottle. I usually use up the Neutrogena spray, then refill it with a 2% salicylic acid toner.

I've seen the AcneFree Body Clearing Spray in stores but haven't tried it yet.

Lately I've been using the alcohol-free Paula's Choice 2%+ salicylic acid liquids on my face. I haven't tried them on my back because I'm still using up a bottle of Neutrogena spray, but when that's empty I'll dump some Paula's Choice in the bottle. I liked but wasn't wowed by the Clear Regular Strength Acne Exfoliant, which smelled like nothing; I've just started using the 2% BHA Liquid, which smells like paint thinner. I may end up using the rest of the BHA Liquid on my back and trying the Clear Extra Strength on my face next.

ETA: apparently the Paula's Choice Clear Extra Strength and the 2% BHA Liquid are the same product, so I won't be trying it after all. ;P

I'm not a skincare expert by any means, but my husband has used both Neutrogena and AcneFree. The Neurtogena seemed to work better and was less sticky. Not sure if this helps or not. Make sure you wash your sheets, towels, and wear different undershirts.

hey there! This is the one I use for my body--http://www.amazon.com/AcneFree-Body-Clearing-Spray-Ounce/dp/B00IO47FRA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1454183609&sr=8-1&keywords=salicylic+acid+spray

I will say, I have another one I use for my face that is higher quality and organic. Murad is a great brand for one for your face, as is Glytone. But for back acne spots, just use the cheap one!

It's AcneFree's Body Clearing Spray. I assume it's advertised as a chemical exfoliant because the front says salicylic acid, glycolic acid, vitamin b3, and aloe. Here's a link
