So that is a NEMA 6-20 outlet. So based on that I believe this is the cord you will need to go from PSU to outlet.

Although I would need to confirm the PSU type cause this has a 6-20 to C19 plug, instead of the C20. The C19 is just the female version and the C20 is the male version. Most likely it is the C19 cord you need.
