The cheapest/fastest way is to buy a "kit". These are pre-prepared forms that have been reviewed by attorneys, and are sold as generic fill-in-your-information forms. They're legal and they cover the basic scenarios that many people encounter. Obviously you give up the one-on-one "advice", guidance, or coaching that you would get with a personalized consultation, but if you want it "cheap" then this does get the job done for many people.
