I am done class in about 2 hours and then I think I'm going to go to the mall to find some new shoes to replace my busted Nike's. Been checking Marshalls and such but nothing looks decent in my size so I may have to bite the bullet and spend more than $50.
Edit: Found these on Amazon and I get 5% back there. Not bad.
I have high arches and just wear very light fitting shoes that have a bit of sink in the sold. You don't really need arch support for a running show as you will put most of the weight on the sole of your foot anyway. Here's my current shoes that are fairly cheap by running shoe standards.
