I got this bag and it holds everything I need for work and the gym. I usually use it to carry a change of clothes, 1-2 pairs of sneakers (depending on what I'm doing that day), all my gear (belt, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, etc.), my lunch for the day, a water bottle, my wallet, and hygiene items like baby wipes, deodorant, a hairbrush, and dry shampoo. It says it's a size "small" bag but it's definitely mid-sized and holds soooo much. For only $30 it was a great purchase.
