I just linked this in another post, I also have waist length hair. I’ve tried several caps. Right now I’m happiest with the Aegend long hair cap even though it is a little big. I was using the TYR long hair cap for a while but got tired of it riding up if I didn’t get my hair in it just right. I also tried the Friendly Swede and Lahtek.
