I use the Airtight Cold Brew Iced Coffee Maker that I bought in Amazon.

I grind my own coffee coarse (like for French Press). Last couple of weeks I’ve been using Starbucks Espresso Roast, but it’s usually some kind of dark roast coffee.

I fill the filter in the middle of the pot almost to the top. Then very slowly pour filtered cold water through the center (as per instructions). Once the pot is filled to the “max” line, I put it in the fridge for 24 hours.

When done, I refilter it through a reusable/permanent fine mesh filter into another pitcher. This gets out any remaining fines.

I love it. It’s very smooth and delicious. I drink it over a little ice with just a dash of half-and-half.
