Thanks for the details,
I have been sent a video by the seller, it was good, saw a few things that jinxed me but anyhow, one of my family members asked about the issue and found me another Alienware 15 of the newer model (7th Gen)
The discussion was based upon, why pay for used when for the same price you can get new..

The Item also happened to have the option of the bigger battery, which I needed, but also at a sacrifice of having a Gsync panel so not so much of a gain I guess.

Now, although I loved the idea of an I7, however overall performance of the I5 was better (than the 6700) all round except for multi-core processes and just 6% less than the 7700, which I don't think I will need much for the current time (1-2 years).

I don't know really, maybe the idea of the overheating issues from last gen are pushing me away from that one espicially that it is used, I think they fixed it in the 7th gen AWs, at least that's what I see on the forums. It will hurt when I cancel on the auction.

What do you think about all of this?

Am I able to transfer a warranty to the dell dealership in my country considering it is one step below premium support?

Its a bit confusing but has a higher peace of mid value ><

It looks like this would be at that price point. It's only an i5 with 8G ram but it's an alienware that meets all your other specs I think

From what I've read, if I were to come in and give them my laptop back right now, I would have one year to come back and pick up my contract from where I left off. If I were to come in one year and one day from when I dropped it off, my money in the item is lost.

The contract told me that when they physically repo an item, the contract ends immediately.

Bonus: If you try to pawn it, there is a pawn system in place that will automatically report the serial number of the laptop as stolen. Also, if you don't pay it and move to another state, it's a class E felony of "obtaining property by false pretenses."

EDIT: Extra special bonus: I was once borrowing a Galaxy Note 5 from them until I could get a replacement, and I noticed that the firmware ended in '_RAC'. Turns out, their headquarters installs a custom ROM that allows RAC to find its location if you default on it.

EDITEDIT: The reason I wanted to leave RAC so bad is because of this. Here is the laptop I have from them. After paying it off, I would've paid $3,639. Here is the exact same laptop on Amazon for $1,313. That is a 177% increase.
