Have you read the book Almost Black? Or are you just focusing on a couple of words without understanding the deeper context in how universities and employers have rejected Asians and American Natives because they're not the "right color", even though they're considered as being non-white? Affirmative Action served a good purpose in the past. But as I stated in my original post, Affirmative Action is being abused.
