So "exfoliation" literally just means removing dead skin cells.

There are two ways you can do this - physically (with some kind of scrub) and chemically.

Physical exfoliation can be okay as an occasional thing on the tougher skin of your body, but it's pretty harsh on the delicate skin of your face, and actually it really doesn't work all that well because the particles are too course to remove all of the dead skin.

So most (real) skincare experts recommend chemical exfoliation.

There are two primary kinds of chemical exfoliation (and a few secondary kinds that I won't go into - that's advanced skincare stuff lol!)

AHAs (alpha-hydroxy acids) are the first kind. When your skin dies, the skin cells are held to your face using a glue-like substance. AHAs chemically dissolve this substance, allowing the dead skin to fall away. They are really good for people who have sun damage, dry skin, and wrinkles to make the skin look fresh and plump again. They're not very good for people with oily or acne-prone skin, because they don't work in the presence of oil (they're water soluble). Here are some well-formulated AHA products:

  • Alpha Hydrox AHA Enhanced Lotion
  • Acne.org AHA+
  • Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 8% AHA Gel Exfoliant

You can read more about AHAs and how to use them here.

BHAs (beta-hydroxy acids) are the second kind of chemical exfoliant. BHAs work by dissolving the oil and gunk that gets clogged within your pores as well as building up on your face. Ever run your finger across your nose and feel that oily sebum? That's what BHAs dissolve. BHAs are also closely related to aspirin, so they have anti-inflammatory properties - they reduce swelling and redness. And, as a final added bonus, they are anti-microbial and can help kill bacteria that causes acne. BHAs are great for people who have blackheads, acne, oily skin, sensitive skin, and they also can help fight signs of aging and discoloration (e.g. brown spots). However, people who are allergic to aspirin should never use them. If your only issue is flakiness or dry skin on the surface, an AHA is probably better, but almost everyone can benefit from a BHA. Here are some well-formulated BHA products:

  • Paula's Choice Clear Acne Body Spray (for body acne)
  • Paula's Choice PC4Men Soothe & Smooth (basic formula - gender doesn't matter lol)
  • Paula's Choice Clear Regular Strength Anti-Redness blah blah blah (for acne)

You'll notice they're all Paula's Choice. I prefer to offer other brands when I can, to avoid the appearance of bias (they're my favorite company), but all BHA products that are cheaper than Paula's Choice have irritating or problematic ingredients, or are just not formulated very well, so I can't in good faith recommend them.

You can read more about BHAs and how to use them here.

If anyone would like some more detailed or personalized skincare advice, please feel free to reply or PM me! I'm very happy to help. :)

Hi! It sounds like your boyfriend could use an AHA for both the dark spots and the KP. The AHA will likely help the acne as well but you can also try a BHA formula for breakout-prone areas. He'll probably want to cleanse his back if he doesn't do that already (a back brush with a gentle head will help to reach); I used Cetaphil's cleanser on my shoulders years ago when they used to break out. The exfoliation is liable to help with the ingrown hairs but be careful not to overdo it so his skin doesn't dry out (I imagine it's hard to moisturize the back without help). I used to have dark spots from acne scars and KP on the back of my arms but using the AHA and BHA I linked on my face and this on my arms mostly cleared them all up. You can find information on all of these issues in the wiki.

Since I've started using AHA mines have almost completely disappeared I use it before bed and also as spot treatment. This one specifically. Its the only thing outside of constantly taking antibiotics that has helped in 20 years. http://www.amazon.com/Alpha-Hydrox-AHA-Enhanced-Lotion/dp/B000052YM7

u/V2BM · 10 pointsr/SkincareAddiction

My elbows will get that dark, and I use an AHA lotion and it works pretty well to lighten them.

I use this one - I can sometimes pick it up at Walgreens for cheaper.

It does take a good 4 weeks to really see the best results and you may want to not shave for a while - if I were doing it I'd shave once a week and not use it the next day.

u/TranceVanCity · 7 pointsr/SkincareAddiction

If you're looking for a chemical exfoliant how about trying Alpha Hydrox AHA?
I've been using it both day (under a Kiehls' Super Fluid SPF 50) and night for 4.5 months and really like the results.

Fucking ecstatic that you're back. Missed you bro.

What was the exchange like on twitter? The girl in the second pic is the other girl not your girl's right? Because I remember her booty being much bigger.

And good shit on the life gains. How'd you make that space agency job happen with a bio degree? Internship? Your girl moved down with her family or just to be with you?

Why are you running NPP and Test U? Have you experienced any hair loss? Are you getting your bloods regularly? Your brewing your own stuff now?

Also, for the dark spots grab this lotion: https://www.amazon.com/Alpha-Hydrox-AHA-Enhanced-Lotion/dp/B000052YM7 It should be back in stock soon, usually is and its relatively cheap I think $12 usually. You definitely want to pair that with a sunscreen though if you're going to be exposing your back to the sun. And in general just cover that shit up with sunscreen, sun damage only makes the spots worse. If you want even more suggestions just lmk!

Glad your back homie

  1. Sunscreen is your BEST FRIEND! I can't get enough of this one for my face becaue it doesn't feel like a million little satans are digging pitch forks into my eyeballs.

  2. A daily alpha hydroxy acid should help with PIH. I use this. You should use it every night, but it makes you photosensitive so don't slather it on in the AM. USE THE SUNSCREEEEEEN :)

  3. They aren't talked about much on this sub so IDK how popular they are but I recently got a derma roller. If you get this, do not use it if you are going out the next day and skip the AHA on that day and possibly the day after too. It is making me exfoliate, which is nice, but it also allows for deeper penetration of 4 ->

  4. Vitamin C + hyaluronic acid which reduces pigmentation and stimulates collagen synthesis.

Your #1 priority should be sunscreen.
u/maynnaise · 6 pointsr/malefashionadvice

The best thing you can do to prevent future dark spots is to wear sunscreen daily. You can also use a chemical exfoliant such as glycolic acid to lighten those spots, though it will take time. I recommend checking out /r/SkincareAddiction if you want more details.

u/katiecannibal · 4 pointsr/SkincareAddiction

I double cleanse too. I really like it. Like the above poster said, it lets you have the benefits of oil cleansing without leaving oily residue on your face or using a bunch of towels. I use mineral oil because it's non-irritating, non-comedogenic, and removes makeup. However, I haven't been doing it long enough to say whether it's helped my sebaceous filaments or not.

As for a stronger AHA, I'm not sure what the percentage is in the St. Ives pads, but I love Alpha Hydrox 10% lotion and if you think about it, $10 isn't that bad for something that's going to last quite a bit longer than the St. Ives. I've been using the Alpha Hydrox for about a month and I've found it's helped diminish my sebaceous filaments, but I admit I still use an extractor tool at times (but I'm a compulsive picker). It can be tough to remember that they're natural and supposed to be there!

> Critique my routine pls.

Looks good as long as it's working for you.

> how much time do I really need between steps?

I agree with waiting until your skin feels dry after the actives to continue on to your next steps. That should be enough for them to start working.

> PC C15 once a day

It's most effective to use twice a day, I think people just want to save money and use only once a day. Nothing wrong with either way.

> Pond's around my eyes

You could keep the same routine, but I would be very wary about putting an AHA so close to my eyes! I would just use your normal moisturizer there, but it's up to you (it would be the same routine either way).

> combat acne and fade red marks

Try using a stronger AHA there, like Alpha Hydrox (drugstore product).

u/aquajack6 · 3 pointsr/SkincareAddiction

Alpha Hydrox 10% serum is good for beginners, this is a glycolic acid serum. The pH is 4, making this serum gentle. The formula is hydrating too with a lot of hyaluronic acid

Mandelic acid is also a gentle aha that is great for beginners! Any time you start an aha for the first time, it's normal for there to be tingling and a flush response. Your face may get red for 10-20 minutes after applying it. With use this response calms down. With any aha, you want to start out slowly (twice a week max) and slowly increase usage from there

u/wreckingballheart · 3 pointsr/SkincareAddiction

Alpha-hydrox makes a 10% glycolic acid lotion that I've found helps with my ingrown hairs. It is actually a decently moisturizing lotion too, my arms/legs have never gotten flaky or irritated from using it.

u/ricerain · 3 pointsr/SkincareAddiction

My 2 cents is to only go to a Retinol as a "I've tried it all and im still at stage one" kind of thing.

You don't seem to be using any chemical exfoliants, so thats where I would start. An AHA would be step one to me. (You can also buy this at Ulta) I use this stuff and have noticed a big difference. An AHA basically helps the dead skin slink away and leaves you with newer skin. This can help with scars, fine lines, and wrinkles. There is more in the sidebar that explains it way better than I can.

I have yet to add one myself but I know Vitamin C is amazing. I'm just unsure of the impact it would make on scars

u/PlutosSelfEsteem · 2 pointsr/SkincareAddiction

I'm in my late 20's with sensitive, eczema-prone skin. AHA's are my best friend. I use a simple product, Alpha Hydrox 10%. But I don't think the brand matters that much. I have tried other AHA products and they provide the same results to me which is clear, supple skin.

I used to use a BHA daily (mostly Stridex) but I still had visible pores that were never completely clean to me when I looked closely in the mirror. After switching to an AHA my pores are totally clean and thus appear smaller and my skin just feels younger. I still use a BHA once a week or so.

u/picklesforbrains · 2 pointsr/SkincareAddiction

http://www.amazon.com/Alpha-Hydrox-AHA-Enhanced-Lotion/dp/B000052YM7

Amlactin comes in larger bottles, but it's not the right Ph for exfoliation. Whatever you choose, be sure to patch test.

u/FunInTheSun85 · 2 pointsr/beauty

I use this but they also make it in a moisturizer form which can be found here. It worked wonders on my acne scars, and I also break out quite a bit less when I'm using it on a regular basis. I can't really speak for the moisturizer though as I haven't tried it.

u/eyelidglue · 2 pointsr/SkincareAddiction

Pictures would be helpful.

They sound like closed comedones, in which case you might want to try chemical exfoliation.

I use this glycolic lotion to get rid of mine. A BHA product can be helpful as well.

Also, I would suggest not washing your face with soap or foaming scrubs. Gentle, basic cleansers like CeraVe and Cetaphil are often recommended here.

u/NoWorries13 · 2 pointsr/SkincareAddiction

I have so many of these scars, it's really terrible. I've found two products that have helped me. The first is Adapalene, which I apply every other night. The second product is this stuff (http://www.amazon.com/Alpha-Hydrox-AHA-Enhanced-Lotion/dp/B000052YM7), Alpha Hydroxy Lotion. Over time, both of these have helped me flatten and fade scars. If it means anything though, I can barely see yours, most people probably wouldn't even notice them

u/ladyuniscorn · 2 pointsr/SkincareAddiction

I use Eucerin in during the day and AHA lotion at night. I will usually add a layer of jojoba oil just before I go to bed after the AHA has soaked in.

After a few months of using the AHA I stepped up to doing a chemical peel, I started with the fade peel and just recently have been trying the 12.5% TCA. I have really bad sun damage and scars.

u/Verbist · 2 pointsr/TwoXChromosomes

Make sure the sunscreen is broad spectrum. Check the ingredients for zinc oxide or titanium dioxide. I use this.

I also recommend Alpha Hydrox lotion. It's a chemical exfoliant that's gentler than scrubs. Wash first with Cetaphil or a generic, apply this, then finish with any moisturizer. I've gotten so many compliments on my skin since I started doing this.

Also, don't forget the importance of adequate amounts of water and rest.

u/dartigen · 2 pointsr/SkincareAddiction

I looked on Amazon - as much as I hate buying from there, it looks like that's the place to go. (I'm happy to see a change from what I found last year though - finally, some sellers have realized that people outside the US would like this stuff too.)

http://www.amazon.com/Alpha-Hydrox-Enhanced-percent-Glycolic/dp/B000052YM7/ref=sr_1_1?m=A3DZSPY3WMXJ88&s=merchant-items&ie=UTF8&qid=1371005157&sr=1-1 doesn't look too bad (they also have a cream but it's in a much smaller jar)

http://www.amazon.com/AKTA-10%25-Alpha-Hydroxy-Treatment/dp/B000X90I9G/ref=sr_1_10?m=A2Z6B6EEF7TZ6V&s=merchant-items&ie=UTF8&qid=1371005301&sr=1-10 is a smaller jar and more expensive but it looks like it's got a different formulation to the lotion.

http://www.amazon.com/Neutrogena-Refining-Toner-Hydroxy-Formula/dp/B0000535RA/ref=sr_1_2?m=A2UILHLLDUMCAM&s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1371005458&sr=1-2&keywords=neutrogena+pore+refining I also looked at this one; it's cheaper than both of the others and I've bought from the seller before.

I had the same thing. It would never go away - even after I let my beard grow a bit (and they were not ingrown hairs). So I used this (alpha hydroxy acid) for awhile and now I just use Cerave cleanser when I shower.

So, if using a particular razor doesn't help, try those. I have no more red spots and have only used my DE and straight razor.

Disclaimer: Alpha hydroxy acid makes your skin sensitive to UV light so when you're using it, put some sunblock on when you're outside. And, of course, read the instructions to be safe.

Good luck!

BTW, these were recommended on the /r/skincareaddiction sub.

u/privatecaboosey · 1 pointr/SkincareAddiction

I have skin that is probably more oil prone than yours, but with significant dry patches that flake off at the hint of a cool fall breeze.

A simple routine is probably a good bet, but you will want to patch test one product at a time. It appears you're already using a cleanser, so I would target the moisturizer issue first. For daily moisturizers, I like Cerave in the tub. For the coldest of winter months, I actually caved and bought the German formulation of Nivea creme (the kind in the blue tin). My skin is extremely sensitive to anything remotely comodogenic, and the American version has some mildly comodogenic stuff in it as I recall. If your skin is less sensitive than mine, the American version will likely suit you just fine. During cold winter months, I apply it at night after my regular moisturizer and I wake up without the flakes.

After moisturizers, I would probably test an AHA. I like the Alpha Hydrox swipes, but they can be too intense for someone who hasn't used a glycolic treatment before. You would probably want the Alpha Hydrox enhanced lotion which has a lower concentration. Start off sparingly, maybe once a week, and be sure to follow with the Cerave once it sinks in.

Finally, I prefer a mild cleanser that can de-slick my oil without drying out my skin. I've had very, very good luck with the Cerave foaming face wash.

The main problem right now seems that your skin is very dry. The flaking and peeling is a larger, worse symptom than the shiny, oily parts.

What moisturizer are you using?

u/Axsuul · 1 pointr/SkincareAddiction

I was actually already an AHA user before tretinoin. When I started using tretinoin however, I used it exclusively and abandoned AHA until a few months later when I learned I could use it in conjunction. I never got any irritation with both products. You should probably start with a lower AHA concentration like 8% but not sure about if specific ones are better. The AHA I use is http://www.amazon.com/Alpha-Hydrox-AHA-Enhanced-Lotion/dp/B000052YM7/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1451284236&sr=8-1&keywords=AHA which is 10%.

HALP. Apologies for my unnecessarily long request for a regimen critique. Overwhelmed as I try to learn about pH balance, oleic/linoleic, ingredients, emollients, emulsifiers, and generally learning how to not have the shit skin of a 16 year old at 32.

Background: oily t-zone/flaky/scaly/dehydrated atm. Some cystic acne, but primarily papules/pustules for the last 20 years. Most recently, concentrated along my jaw, sides of my neck, either side of my chin, and behind my ears (WTF). This = hormonal, right?

AM:

  • CLEANSE: OCM. Burts Bees Cleansing Oil starting in Sept, then Jojoba in early Nov (insanely drying), then Argan about two weeks ago (more moisturizing, but still a bit flaky). Breakouts doubled ever since starting Jojoba. Worth noting: I stupidly started CeraVe in the Tub + Argan on the same day, sprouted zits in areas I haven't had to deal with in 10 years (on my cheeks, on my forehead, temples) so stopped CeraVe/tub after 48 hours but currently keeping on with Argan. Wayward spots have cleared for the most part.
  • EXFOLIATE: Homemade raw honey/oatmeal scrub (every 3 days or so)
  • MOISTURE: Eve Hansen Rose Water Spray
  • MOISTURE: Argan Oil again
  • MOISTURE: Kiehls Creme D'elegance Repairateur
  • SUNSCREEN: Kiehls Super Fluid UV Defense

Missing: Thinking of adding this DIY Vitamin C serum and this Alpha Hydrox AHA Enhanced Lotion - good/bad idea? Use these in lieu of something I'm currently using?

    PM:

  • MAKEUP REMOVER (if needed): Argan Oil (put oil directly on dry skin, rinse off with water... right?)
  • CLEANSE: Raw honey
  • TREAT (jaw/cheeks/chin): Tretinoin Gel Microsphere 0.04%. Has faded my acne scars, and I'll keep at it for anti-aging properties, but definitely drying if I use too much/too often
*TREAT (forehead): Ketokonazole, keeps my forehead deliciously smooth, derm felt strongly my fine bumps there were yeast-based
  • MOISTURE: Kiehls Creme D'elegance Repairateur

So, um, your turn. Thanks in advance.

This stuff is amazing. It goes deep into the skin and causes it to renew quicker than normal. Retin-a is the closet prescription drug to it. But no one uses Retin-a really anymore, as it caused too much flaking and drying of the skin. Glycolic acid doesnt do that. You need tons of SPF with it.

Here is a dermatologist talking about it.

Since I'm a little bit tight on money, I'd maybe like something a little cheaper... I'm thinking I might have a PIH-related skin condition, so on my own I found this product: http://www.amazon.com/Alpha-Hydrox-AHA-Enhanced-Lotion/dp/B000052YM7/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1420606399&sr=8-3&keywords=aha+gel

Ordered these four products and am wondering which ones to try first/where to put in my routine:

  • Cosrx Galactomyces 95 Whitening Power Essence 100ml (arriving Friday)
  • Kikumasamune Sake Skin Lotion High Moisture - 500ml (arriving friday)
  • [Cosrx] Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence 100ml (arriving next wed)
  • [MIZON] All in One Snail Repair Cream (120ml) (repurchase)

I have dry/normal skin and am currently working on fading my PIH.

    Morning routine:

  • Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser
  • Olay Moisturizer
  • Sunscreen SPF 30 - although I don't use this much right now because I'm mostly at home.

    Night Routine

  • Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser
  • Melano CC
  • AHA - only once a week right now but I might switch to 2x a week (saturday/sunday and wednesday) this week or next week!
  • Mizon AIO
  • Olay Moisturizer

Also trying to sheet mask 4x a week since I'm back on a more regular schedule. I usually do a clay mask once every 2 weeks too.

Any recommendations for introducing Kiku or Cosrx first? I'm guessing Kiku is after Melano/AHA and before Mizon? Where would the galactic mice go?

    thanks :)

Could you order a chemical exfoliant online? I live in the US, so I guess I take for granted that most products are easily available to me, but surely at least Amazon will ship to France.

Here's the BHA from the beginner's routine on the amazon.fr site: http://www.amazon.fr/Blistex-Stridex-Quotidiens-Salicylique-R%C3%A9sistance/dp/B000NUN8BK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1409319131&sr=8-1&keywords=stridex

And here's an AHA (although this one can has the potential to be too harsh if using an AHA for the first time): http://www.amazon.fr/Alpha-Hydrox-Lotion-175-Ml/dp/B000052YM7/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1409319294&sr=8-1&keywords=Alpha+Hy

The AHA's and BHA's from Paula's Choice are also recommended on this sub. I checked, and they do ship to France.

As for the sunscreen, the one you linked isn't specifically for the face. Look into one that's formulated for facial use; the others can have ingredients that irritate your skin. I've used this one with no problems: http://www.amazon.fr/Cerave-Temps-Visage-Lotion-Hydratante/dp/B003WN1ELQ/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1409319522&sr=8-5&keywords=cerave But there are a ton of facial sunscreens out there. Do some research, try some out, but just make sure you're wearing one!

I have very curly thick hair. I'm Asian and black. I don't wash my hair everyday. I use container every 2 days to comb out my hair with a wide tooth. I use Aussie Moist. Then I wash my hair with shampoo once a week. Sounds weird but since you have curly hair you really don't have to shampoo it all the time. That will dry it out, and then your scalp will be super oily and the bottom of your hair will get dry and break off. Then I use Argan oil to keep my hair shiny soft and healthy.

I also have pcos. Do you take birth control? diet never helped my skin, I use Neutroguena even tone face wash. Then I use Alphahydrox face lotion. My face doesn't break out anymore. I also use Jason tea tree body wash for my back and chest acne. It really helped. Also make sure you wear cotton shirts and clean bras! Change your pillow case every 2 days and your sheets once a week :)

There are quite a few options. I've used 3: Alpha Hydrox 10% Lotion, MUAC Glycolic Acid Body Lotion and Amlactin.

Amlactin is sticky and didn't feel good on my skin at all. I didn't use it long enough to really gauge it's effectiveness. I just couldn't stand that tacky/sticky feeling.

MUAC Glycolic Acid Body lotion works amazing on my PIH. I've been dealing with compulsive picking for years on mostly my arms and this has been the best product I've ever used for healing PIH and redness by far. The downside is it's not very moisturizing so if you have dry skin you'll likely need something else to go along with it. I also have to use quite a bit to get good coverage because it doesn't spread all that well. So while it isn't too expensive per oz I run out of it fairly quickly.

Alpha Hydrox 10% Lotion is what I would recommend to most people. It's more moisturizing than MUAC's lotion and soaks in quickly. It never feels greasy or sticky. It also spreads better than MUAC and I don't have to use as much. The downsides are it's not as good for PIH and it causes some clogged pores for me (which can be a big problem with my skin picking habits).

I didn't notice the smell /u/Khokhmah described in any of the lotions.

u/GherkinJerkin · 1 pointr/TrollXChromosomes

I've heard that harsh exfoliants create cuts and I've heard that the whole "cut" thing is a myth. I use St Ives Olive Oil Scrub for exfoliation. It's incredibly gentle and not at all abrasive.
If you can get Trention/Rentin-A from a doctor the stuff is miracle cream. If you can't then you could try looking up retinoids and BHA/AHAs.
Paula's Choice comes highly recommended for BHA's
Alpha Hydrox is a brand I really liked for BHAs!
A lot of acne treatments also double as wrinkle treatments, so I guess that's the only upside?

On the super gentle end of the spectrum, the [Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Pads] (http://www.target.com/p/nip-fab-glycolic-fix-exfoliating-facial-pads-60-count/-/A-14436327) are 2.8% AHA and are a good place to start. You can find them in most drug stores and in Target.

For more exfoliation, you can ramp up to 10% with [Alpha Skin Care AHA Lotion.] (http://www.amazon.com/Alpha-Hydrox-AHA-Enhanced-Lotion/dp/B000052YM7/ref=sr_1_2_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1462402381&sr=8-2&keywords=Alpha+Skin+Care+10%25) I'm not sure if you can find them in drugstores, but they're drug store priced. I buy mine through Amazon.

Here's the full [list of AHA's] (https://www.reddit.com/r/SkincareAddiction/wiki/exfoliation_recs) recommended from Skincare Addiction.

Oh, and it should be noted that AHA's encourage cell turnover in a way that makes your skin more sensitive to the sun - increasing the risk of burns, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation, so make sure to wear sunscreen (which you should be doing anyway).

I use their 10% glycolic acid lotion as my moisturizer and regular lotion (for my legs and such - they need a LOT of exfoliating). I also use their 14% AHA "swipes" and I like those as well.

Okay, thanks. Sorry, I am kind of a laymen when it comes to skin products. I am totally clueless as to what certain ingredients do for the skin.

So for the Vitamin C serums do you recommend concentrations that are 20%? Or would a higher concentration be better for attacking sunspots (30%, 40%, 50%, etc....) Also when you say Indeed Labs are you referring to this product:
https://www.indeedlabs.com/products/vitamin-c24

Also for the Peter Thomas product you suggested I found it a little bit to be too pricey. I mean if it works good then I will definitely buy it. But there is no guarantee and if it ends up not working I don't want to end up wasting $40 - $60 bucks.

Do you think this APA will be good for attacking sunspots:
https://www.amazon.com/Alpha-Hydrox-AHA-Enhanced-Lotion/dp/B000052YM7/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1478995838&sr=8-3&keywords=aha

It is a little less pricey than the Peter Thomas product and has pretty decent reviews I think.

Warning: western products - sorry, /r/skincareaddiction couldn't help me on this one.
