I would say it's mostly up to you, but as someone who's been to a lot of shows with no ear plugs I bought a pair for the shows I saw and I am VERY glad I did, last time I saw them the guitar effects they use commonly really hurt my ears, using ear plugs designed for shows made an enormous difference. I could hear everything perfectly nice and loud but without the blare, I highly recommend getting some. These are the ones I got but I'm sure similar ones will work just fine
I really like concert ear plugs, I held off on getting some for a while because I used to wear the cheap foam ones to noisy events and they hurt my ears after a while. I bought these for a stadium concert I went to recently and they did a great job - because they're made of higher quality material, they feel soft and don't hurt my ears at all. They did a great job of muffling louder sounds (especially people yelling next to me) but I could still hear the music perfectly. I hope your ones work just as well! :)

I use the EarDials more because you don’t need a tool to put them in and the case is smaller.
I’ve had T almost 3 years.
Because (for me) dancing is the best form of enjoying music. Also nobody is going to say anything to you about the way you are dancing, 99% of people doesn't give a shit about that. If music is too loud you can try wearing earplugs.
You can definitely combo ear plugs and ear muffs, I've found that it helps a lot. If you want to still preserve your ears while still doing loud activities, you might consider something similar to these:

Those are ear plugs that only diminish the sound, not muffle it. (They're pretty popular now, I'm sure everybody here knows about them or has used them).
Avant d'investir, essaie toujours d'en prendre des "basiques", peut être que ça suffira. Et au moins si tu les perds tu seras pas trop dégoûté. J'ai celles-là moi, en plus elles peuvent se foutre sur un anneau du porte-clefs.
