A five pound note tucked under the seat in case I forget my wallet and need fuel (theres a part in the moulded plastic that makes a nice little stash part, like a hole in the moulding most scoots have it). Basic tools - the original aprilia toolkit it shipped with, pliers and a few zipties, spare fuel filter and a couple of the fuel hose clamps and a can of tyreweld.
On the China scoot I also carry a spare coil, HT lead and spark plug with wrench, the coil and HT is fastened alongside the original with zipties so can be swapped in a couple of minutes, had a few crap out on me for some unknown reason they have gone brittle on the casing and failed.
Edit: I use one of these https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B009WS8HJC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 roll the fiver up in it and wedge it in the hole without the keyring bit on.
No problem friend. I use these at the moment, they will fit 2 or 3 but can be a bit tight depending on how they have been made. Storz and bickel make one of their own but it is a bit pricey.
