I use this one. I charge multiple things quite often so it comes in handy to have 1 QC3 and 2 fast charging ports.

What phones? Do they support QC 3.0 or USB C Power Delivery? If not then you should be looking for a 42w charger with one QC 3.0 port and two 5v 2.4a ports, this configuration will provide sufficient power to all three ports simultaneously without any being throttled. Something a long the lines of the Anker Powerport+ 3 Port although there very well could be lighter options. Or as you said grab a dual port charger like this Ravpower to cover one phone and the power bank, and sub 2oz single port to cover the other phone. This will likely end up lighter, but the disadvantage is that you'll have to find two outlets to charge, which understandably can be in high demand on the PCT.

Although if your phones do support QC 3.0 or PD that would probably change my strategy up a bit.
