You can fit one vinyl per shelf, so I have two of them flush next to each other
If my kitchen were larger I'd mount a small shelf - just large enough for the Home Hub and a decoration or two - to the wall and drop it there. That's what I plan to do when I move. For now, it sits on a wire frame stand in the corner of the counter. If it wouldn't look too out of place you could try that. I found this on Amazon. Not exactly what I want but it's a start.
