Rosalina, being a unicorn, is quite hard to come by, as you know. All I can really do is link you to this Amazon listing where it's a not-that-great but decent at best $35.

If your after Rosalina, I decided to check prices on amazon and ebay. The cheapest I found was a 21$ japanese import on amazon.

Sure. I just checked France and Germany, both of which would've been the easiest, and both have sold out in the past two days apparently. The last viable option would be preordering Rosalina from Amazon Japan. It's bit more of a hassle, but I believe it's cheaper than the European options that are sold out anyway. I suggest using Chrome to browse the site, so you can translate the language easily. You might have to use an importing company like Tenso to bring her to you, depending on where you live. Good luck!
