I went and added these different LED strip lights which are powered by the USB on the speaker amp this morning and this set didn't cause the buzz. The radio dial now changes colors like an old jukebox.

Really the simplest would be to buy a cheap LED strip with a remote controller, cut it shorter, and stuff a bunch of the strip inside.

The ones behind the desk (I used a different power supply than the one included, and actually had these lights before I got my pc quite a while ago. Very good purchase.)
The ones behind the monitor (Not nearly as happy with these ones. They seem overpriced, and the colors aren’t very accurate. The white is plain awful, and the remote is way limited compared to the other strip. But the ease of use and “auto off while pc sleeps” is really nice, as well as the power coming directly off the monitor. They aren’t as bright either, but that’s due to power limits.)
