I actually have one of those silicone covers coming in the mail today from Amazon, so I'll report back.

I also ordered one of these
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Z3DW7T5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
which is a pleather replacement for the facial interface as well as rear and forehead padding, but that'll be a week or two before I get it.

Contact Oculus Support first.

Worst case scenario you gotta buy a new Halo for $59.

Theres also some pad replacements on the market. Heres the AMVR offering for $35

I have to jam the Rift S interface up against my face in order to get any decent FOV (yes, I put the eye relief all the way to my face and THEN put on the headset) and even then it's not enough. To me the Rift S is a big difference (especially top to bottom) from the CV1 (which I also have but I love the clarity/SDE/no sensors of the Rift S ) . If I take the facial interface off it's substantially different, but obviously not ideal from both a comfort and light bleed standpoint. I don't think the VRCover would really benefit me in any way in this regard as it would seem to pull my eyes further from the lens and reduce FOV.

However, I just stumbled onto this on Amazon. I think it's a fairly new product as it only has 2 reviews and the video is only a week old (links below).

Looks like AMVR has come up with a complete replacement for both the facial interface as well as the front and back pads (not that I care too much about those). Another reason I think it's a new product is that I was unable to find ANY Youtuber reviews on this but I wonder if it does anything for the FOV. From the video it looks about the same dimensions as the stock Oculus faceplate but I'm curious.

I'm thinking of purchasing this. Does anyone else have any experience with this product as of yet? Only 2 reviews and both aren't particularly stellar either so that doesn't instill me with confidence....

VR Cover currently does not make a facial interface replacement for the Rift S; one is supposedly in the works but there is no ETA.

AMVR makes one (Amazon Link) which also provides replacement front and rear pads. I have one on order; it should arrive tomorrow but I may not get to set it up until the weekend.

Generally speaking, the leather like pads are softer and more plush against the face and apply less pressure. They are also easier to clean as they wick off sweat instead of absorbing it. They can also feel warmer against your face.

Personally, I find the Rift S very comfortable out of the box and never experience pressure on the cheeks. In case you are not aware, you can slide the visor forward or backward via a button on the bottom to reduce pressure on the cheeks.

I looked up the AMVR that /u/Lujho mentioned, and .. I am not really sold with that one. But I really don't like the stock pads, they soak up way too much sweat.. in my case at least :)
