Good question.

I'd use a Vac-u-lock suction cup plug because it looks like it would never come out of the silicone. Just make sure to shove it in before the silicone starts to set.

Really, any cheap butt plug with a suction cup would work. The smallest plug in this set would do the job. I'd probably cut a couple of inches off the tip of the plug depending on how big the mould is.
