The best option is PowerCore 10000 PD. It supports Power Delivery. You just need a USB-C to Lightning cable.
I would not recommend a capacity much larger than 10000 mAh for just your phone.

As far as I鈥檓 aware the only 6ft usb c to lighting cable is from Apple.
This is the only usb c to lighting cable from Anker that I can find and it鈥檚 only 3ft.

To charge both you'll need a regular Lightning cable and a USB-C to Lightning cable. Both the iPhone and AirPods came with regular Lightning cables, so you could use either of those.
Apple sells a USB-C to Lightning cable. So does Anker.
You'll want to use the USB-C to Lightning cable with the iPhone. It'll benefit from fast charging using that setup. The AirPods can charge either way, but won't fast charge.

I would get the Anker 18W charger or the 30W charger along with one of their USB-C to lightning cables (or even Apple's own cable)
You can use higher wattage chargers, but there's not a huge difference in charging times once you go over 29W.
