aida64 isn't stressful enough like prime95 imo.
Supposedly Linpack Xtreme is even more stressful than prime95

69C for motherboard should be fine for now. If you increase voltage alot more though, I would be wary of temps.
Try to find a way for front airflow to reach the motherboard better somehow :(

Edit: I'm using 1.325v for my Ryzen 2600. Wraith Max downward blowing cpu cooler. Motherboard temps reach only 47C in Prime95 after 2 hours--> https://i.imgur.com/tBgzPi1.png
