Jock straps, and a tiny bit of baby oil gel around the base ring. This is the jock strap I use. I actually use a slightly oversized ring, and just keep a jock strap on 24/7 (minus showering). I have 7 of them, one for each day :P
The baby oil gel keeps your scrotum from getting bunched up on the ring, which greatly helped me avoid the pain of nighttime erections.

So if I understand the show correctly, Davey is responsible for the support of $223,500 worth of man-testicle-dollars, assuming that all of the men that he's selling jockstraps to have 2 balls, or at least that the men who have a non-2 number of balls have a calculated average of 2 between them.
