Hell yeah for the pill organizer! I just found one on Amazon that's a 7 day one buuuut ut has columns for Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Bedtime which is perfect.

I have literally taken these filled to the brim with pills through the airport in a carry on many times (Just this past weekend as well).

2 things I would make sure of are that there is no clear reason for your bag to be checked (liquids over 3 oz, didn't take out computer, etc.) and that you have different pills in the container (can be accomplished by just buying different looking capsules if you're moving powder).
The one time I was questioned about them (bag checked for the 3oz liquid deal, even though my container was 3 oz), I just said I buy my vitamins/minerals in bulk and make my own because it's so much cheaper and I have bad reactions to a lot of them.
Bottom line is they aren't going to stop you and test it. Worse case scenario they tell you that you can't carry it on, but that's never happened.
