I have had some success with St Johns Wort. I have also tried modafinil but didn't find any therapeutic use for it (but loved the amazingly functional use for it as a stay-awake)
I have recently begun taking two-a-day of "Dopatone" with limited success so far.
SJW is really the only thing I have found that puts me into "Go" mode.
