Since you want Iris Pro graphics and that Asus only has Iris 5100 graphics, it sounds like you're looking for a Macbook Pro Retina 15, which is the only laptop we know of that has Iris Pro graphics. It has a higher resolution (2880x1800) than your upper limit though, so we don't know if that's a dealbreaker. It also has an i7 quad core, 256GB SSD, 8GB ram and up to 8 hours battery. You could try to run Boot Camp on the Mac to run Windows instead of OSX Mavericks. It's only 4.46 pounds and 0.71" thick.

Well, as with all laptops, when you compare the 15 to the 13-inch, it's a sort of power vs. portability debacle, but a limited one, as the 15-inch model is only about 4 lb (1.8 kg) to carry around. The 15-inch is more powerful with a quad-core processor and better graphics, and has a higher-resolution screen, whereas the 13-inch has a dual-core processor and lesser graphics, but does compensate with longer battery life and takes up less space. However, with something like web development, that wouldn't matter too terribly much. I'd recommend a 15" pro with retina display, the model with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage, as long as you don't plan on doing heavier tasks like very high-settings gaming [x]. If you do, as well as want to be future-proofed for at least 3+ years, go for the model with 16 GB RAM, 512 GB storage, and a dedicated NVidia GeForce GT 750M GPU [x].
