Sounds like a job for the Optimus Maximus Keyboard. Shame they're out of stock and you probably don't feel like spending a grand on a keyboard.
But those guys also make some other programmable image/label keys.

God, that thing looked awesome, but probably felt horrible to type on.
Could just get something like this and customize every key.
I have a Razer Black Window and I love it, they are releasing a new version soon that would make this idea awesome. Custom key caps on the new black widow and change the light scheme to match.
