I recommend these two books. really helped me with my management style and allowed me to see problems from different perspective
Asking the right questions:a guide to critical thinking
Toyota Way Mangement Principles
I used this book: Asking the Right Questions
It didn't help me with lessons, but I created lessons using what I learned from it. I started with a discussion on values and value conflict. We made a list of the most generalized values we all held (loyalty, honesty, freedom etc.). Then we talked about situations when those values could be in conflict (e.g. honesty vs. loyalty).
Then we took apart political ads and propaganda to ask, "Which value preference is being shown here?" That did a lot to build students' tools for intellectual self-defense: knowing that an author is trying to get me to choose between two good things, and I might actually prefer something that they don't. An author argues for federal wiretaps using the value of safety, but the choice is between privacy and safety, and I actually prefer privacy more than safety.
I would actually recommend these two books:

I'm not trying to be condescending, but these will really steer you in the right direction on sourcing. I still use both in my daily life all the time.

Well that was somthing off my chest, jesus fuck. Now I gotta go back to writing Onenote's history that I sort of made up, later. And, I will get to my outline in week 6 (push back one week), and then finish covering the meaty content of my GTD methodology, its rich history, at the end of week 5 hopefully. By the end of month 2, I should have an almost completed draft, table of contents done too, and probably 4 harry potter novels worth of words written down.

Books out there on productivity, are they full of shit?
You can't even critically analyze your own (jumping-to-conclusions, mentally unstable, loaded, and toxic) thought process. Please read a book or two and think much while you do (find an older paperback edition). You and similar muddled-minded idiots are ones putting words in mouths and injecting/projecting your rash, stupid assumptions.
