this one would work.

Basically any tablet with ATOM. It's a little more expensive, but not as bad as an i5 chip.

Edit: Well, at this point, the only rt tablet for sale is the surface. So anything other than the surface can run it.

I own an Asus Vivo tab smart. Notes and what not work like a champ with onenote. The smart has windows 8 w/ desktop so you can buy a bluetooth keyboard and use word like you would on you laptop;or with skydrive,dropbox,box.com,owncloud ect you can sync items between your laptop/tablet, the onlything about tablets is storage, this guy can handle the latest version of itunes, but you won't want to sync all of your music - as windows 8's big flaw is os size....but thats countered by the fact that you can add extra storage via a micro sd card.
