I would advice you to find your own sensitivity for the higher zoom scopes though, maybe even for the 4x scope. Typical engagement distance is a lot further than in PS2, so pixel accurate aiming is much more common. "Normal" and "Targeting" are definitely the two important ones for building muscle memory, you don't often do big flicks while aiming down the sights.
If you like to play third person, these are slightly off because third person is always 80 FOV. Unfortunately it's not possible to change sensitivity separately for 1pp and 3pp - you have to sacrifice accuracy in one of them.

Definitely worth it, this is what I have been using for almost a year now. It's an absolutely massive pad and I've loved playing track aim heavy games like Dirty Bomb with it.
