Hasbro makes it. Part of their adult role-play line for the MCU. They have Iron Man's helmet, Cap's shield, Star-lord's helmet and Mjolnir so far. All retail for $99 so don't pay a lot more. You can get them online or at Toys R Us.

edit: and I just realized the cheaper one is NOT metal. Ok, so I am pre-ordering the metal one at least until some reviews start coming out for it, I already have the King Arts Winter Soldier one so Ill have to decide if I actually get this one.
