More like 15 sheets for $13, still kinda expensive, but that would be 180 stickers if you used OP's 12 per page template.

I've been making my own stickers! All you need is sticker paper and something like Word or Mac's Pages to create your own. I really loved this YouTube tutorial on making your own stickers. With the sticker paper, you can also buy print outs for a few dollars from Etsy if you're not feeling creative yourself!

To achieve the best results on feeling, you should really print this on sticky paper like this (http://www.amazon.com/Avery-Sticker-Project-Inches-03383/dp/B0000C0CJQ). It's more costly, more work, but once you stick this on your favorite bulk 540 cards, the things feel just like a normal magic card. You can even change unsleeve and resleeve easily because the printed card is glued on the real card - a nice bonus for those two-faced innistrad cards.

Maybe this? Seems super convenient that you could just print your image right on it and you're ready to go without tracing, but more expensive than a roll of freezer paper, and smaller.

You could print your own stickers.

Hm. I would suggest to either draw/find the design on your computer, then print it out on a "sticker-paper" and just stick it on there like a.. sticker.

Or.

I would probably use a light-resistant permanent marker.. but I do not know. I am thinking that since the bass' surface is slick, then you must use something that will not be worn off easily. Like oil-based ink.. ask your local music-store?^^

Yeah just take something like this to your printers:

One inch washers + sticker paper + printer = good looking, cheap, solid, & reusable tokens.

As others have stated, a lot of artists use shipping labels / USPS labels etc. I personally don't because they aren't large enough for me, I prefer regular ol Avery brand 8x11" sticker paper - but I the USPS ones are free if budget is an issue. And USPS labels are def part of the culture, if that's your thing.

I prefer to hand draw onto sticker paper using markers

All I did was buy this, and then I printed the Zenyatta pic on it and very carefully cut it out with a razor blade. Took about 20 minutes
