Hi. I don’t have trogeminal neuralgia but I have been on a dozen pills at one time and have taken care of family members with similar amounts of medication. My suggestion is to get a pill organizer like this that has pop out days for travel so you can always take your medication with you. Set alarms on your phone when to take your medicine. My example is I take mine at 9am, 3pm & 9pm. Also keep an update list of your medication names, dose mg, and how often. I keep all my medication bottles in a large ziplock with that list inside to take to my doctor visits. My mom uses a plastic tub with a lid. I hope this helps.
