This sounds like spit up - but as with everything be sure to bring it up with your ped.
My son spit up - A SHITLOAD. All the time. All day long. After every bottle. An hour after a bottle. During a bottle. All. The. Time. He was EFF until he started solids, of course (he's 11.5 months old now), and we did everything - anti colic bottles, burping after every ounce, paced feeding, sitting upright, napping at an incline, reflux medication, you name it. It "helped" with his reflux pain, but he was a regular fucking fountain with the spit up. Hell, he still spits up now at almost a year old. Not nearly as much, but he still does it every few hours. Every day. Some babies just spit up a lot.
In our case, my son gained weight steadily and his spit up (aside from the reflux issues) never seemed to bother or hurt him, so his pediatrician was never concerned. Just said "Congrats! You have a Happy Spitter! Get used to it - he'll grow out of it eventually."
So, I ordered a shitton of bandanna bibs off Amazon (Seriously, I have like 30 of these now) and a shitton of Gerber Birdseye Flatfold Cloth Diapers (I have at least 30 of these, as well - they make the BEST burp rags). No matter what, my son always had a bandanna bib on, and we always had at least one or two of the Gerber Flatfolds handy or on us to block/catch/wipe up the spit up. The bandanna bibs saved me from so much laundry/so many outfit changes. We went from around 10 onesie changes a day to maybe two by cycling through the bibs every hour. So much easier - I highly recommend it!
