What does DDS stand for?
Wembley blu-ray: 52 pounds on Amazon UK, 5500 yen on CD Japan, and 4109 yen on Amazon.jp.
Wembley CD: 2300 yen on CDJapan (for the Japanese ver.), 1766 yen on CDJapan (for the international ver.), 1800 yen on Amazon.jp (I imagine the Japanese ver.)
Tokyo Dome blu-ray: 8000 yen on CD Japan, 6163 yen on Amazon.jp

Difference between the Wembley Japanese CD and the International CD are the covers: International - Japanese
You can find both of these on iTunes and Google Play (depends by region, though).
Remember both of them have The One versions with full audio CD's (plus more stuff), but are not sold anymore.
I'm not sure what you mean by "release in the West" but it's readily available at the standard (.com) version of Amazon. It's even "Prime", which means it's not a third party reseller.
