You were downvoted and IDK why. The ships are big in US culture too. Being the biggest battleships ever built, largest naval guns in history & the massive bombardment they took before they finally went down. Plus all the Anime and stuff. I was never even into the shows myself but gotta admit this is bad ass

If you're OK with mechs, Kotobukiya does Armored Core, among other mech kits. Other than that, there are old standbys like the Yamato.
