Nice wee find! As an ex-pat, must share that Amazon Prime in the US does the same recipe bottles for $2.28 a bottle in a 12-pack. Also good for finding other UK treats.

Looks like you can buy it on Amazon.com (the US site) here and from looking at the pictures it appears to be manufactured in Glasgow, but an American label is applied, so should be the real deal.
I live in Florida. After hearing about Irn Bru for awhile I actually found it at my local grocery store. I liked it and would describe the taste as cream soda mixed with orange soda. For those of you who don't have local access to it, and don't mind paying over $2.00 a bottle, you can order it from Amazon.
I can literally have both at my door within the next two hours lol

I dont know where these myths came from but somebody has been lying to you. You can genuinely get EVERYTHING here. I didnt believe it either until i moved.
