If you're going for a high score I recommend Barrons. These practice tests are notably harder than the actual ACT, but if you don't let it kill your confidence it can increase your score. For example, on the English section, I averaged in the high 20s in this book. On my final actual test, I got a 36. Luckily, the book is pretty cheap on amazon..
