Yup. There is actually a paperback (tongue in cheek, of course), and I picked it up at a yard sale. (I also have Bart Simpson's Guide to Life, it's great bathroom reading. XD)

All joking aside, I think that the original series (I was just a kid) had a profound effect on my ethical and moral development. Go figure? Roddenberry had that intent; he showcased many issues in his work.
Still available on Amazon for anyone looking.
If you, or someone you know, is a depressed EIGHTEEN YEAR OLD, then a travel book/guide might be more effective. You have the entire world before you. You just arrived at legal adulthood but you are still a baby adult, if that makes any sense. Go on vacation and find a woman/man to have a few days/nights with and eat some delicious food and go swimming or ice climbing or something.
If traveling is out of the question, for any reason, then browse the humor section.
Or The Guide To Life
I seem to recall a Simpsons book that did something similar. It was Bart Simpson's Guide to Life, although not on the cover. When you turned to that page, it would tweak it and point to another page. Eventually you discovered that the last message points to the first message, and it loops.
