I'm prone to them. I got them when I was a kid and would go through rapid growth spurts (I'm tall). So, I thought for sure I'd be adding more with pregnancy. But, I tried to prevent them anyway through lots of praying and using this -

It worked! Even with a big baby, I didn't get any new stretch marks. I can't say for sure that the oil is what helped, maybe it was all the praying that helped too.
